The following promotion is intended for viewing in the provinces and territories of Canada only and shall

Official Rules “Win a Baby Gift Pack from Leda Health” Contest ("Official Rules")
The Win a Baby Gift Pack from Leda Health Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Leda Health
Innovations Inc. ("Leda"). Leda hereinafter will be referred to as the "Contest Sponsor".
Participation in the Contest constitutes the entrant's ("you" or "your") full and unconditional agreement
and acceptance of these Official Rules including the decisions of the Contest Sponsor, which are final on
all matters relating to the Contest.
1. Basic Information: No purchase is necessary to enter to win. Making a purchase will not increase your
odds of winning. Once entered in the Contest, you are eligible to win any of the Prizes as described
below. Any questions, concerns or comments regarding the Contest can be forwarded to
contestmaster@ledahealth.com or by prepaid mail sent to “Baby Gift Pack Contest, C/O Leda Health
Innovations, Inc. 158 -1136 Centre Street, Thornhill, ON L4J 3M8.”
2. Contest Dates: The Contest begins at 12:01 pm Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on July 31, 2011 (the
"Contest Start Date") and ends at 11:59 pm EST on September 30, 2012 (the "Contest End Date"). The period
from the Contest Start Date through to the Contest End Date is known as the "Contest Period".
3. Who Can Enter: The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada. Employees of Contest Sponsor, its
affiliates and agents, contractors and immediate family members (defined as parents, children, siblings,
and spouse) of each employee, together with those persons with whom such employees are domiciled,
are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter: There are four ways to enter:

C: Bonus PIN Entry or
D: Invite a Friend
A: On-Line: Go to www.ledahealth.com and click on the Contest Button to enter on-line. Follow the
instructions to complete the electronic entry form and your information will be entered into the Grand
Prize drawings. Online Entries must be received before 11:59 pm, EST, September 30, 2012.
To enter online, you must have a web browser that is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5x,
Netscape 7.2 or AOL 8.0. Mac system requirements: Mac OS X "Jaguar" 10.2 or "Panther" 10.3, running
Safari. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be
submitted by the "Authorized Email Account Holder" of the email address from which the entry
originated. "Authorized Email Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an
email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (i.e.
business, educational institution) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain
associated with the submitted email address. Contest Sponsor is not responsible, whether as a result of
human error or otherwise, for any failure to capture or otherwise receive on-line entries.
B: Mail-in: Legibly print your complete name, address and telephone number on a standard, blank or
lined, 3.5” x 5” file card and send by pre-paid mail to “Baby Gift Pack Contest, C/O Leda Health
Innovations, Inc. 158 -1136 Centre Street, Thornhill, ON L4J 3M8.” Entries deemed illegible by Contest
Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified. Mail-in entries must be post-marked by September 1, 2012
and received before September 22, 2012.
C: Bonus PIN Entry: If you receive one of 500,000 product information mailing pieces from Leda Health
Innovations that includes a Contest Personal Identification Number (“PIN”), you can go Online, as
described in Rule 4 A above, enter your PIN where indicated and you will receive a Bonus Online Entry.
Bonus Online Entries must be received before 11:59 pm, EST, September 30, 2012.
D: Invite a Friend Bonus Entry: When you go Online, you can invite up to five (5) email friends to enter
the Contest. You will receive one (1) Invite a Friend Bonus Entry for every email friend who enters the
contest, during the Contest Period.
5. Grand Prize Details: Fifty-Two (52) Grand Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Baby Gift
Pack. Retail value of the prize is dependent upon the actual contents of the Baby Gift Pack but will
exceed a minimum of $65.00, provincial and/or federal taxes (if applicable), excluded. Prizes will not exceed a retail value of $85.00 provincial and/or federal taxes (if applicable), excluded. Exclusions: Prize is nontransferable and no cash substitution, in part or in whole, is allowed except by Contest Sponsor
who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable.
Prize awarded only to an eligible winner and limit one (1) Grand Prize per person, per family.
Online $1.00 Coupons: Every eligible Online entry will receive a $1.00 coupon by email. Coupons can
be redeemed at participating retailers for $1.00 off the regular advertised price of any Sudocrem 60 gram, 125 gram or 250 gram
purchase. Coupons will be valid for redemption from Contest Start 1st October 2011, ends September 30th 2012.
6. Selection of Grand Prize Winners: All eligible mail-in ballot entries received during the Contest Period
will be combined with all eligible online entries received during the Contest Period and a random drawing
to select four (4) Grand Prize winners will be made during regular business hours on each Friday
following the last Saturday of each month, throughout the Contest Period, from among all eligible entries
received up to and including the last Saturday of the month prior. (Example – first drawing will be held on
Friday, October 7, 2011 and will include all entries received up to 11:59 PM on Thursday, October 6,
2011.) Non-winning entries for each drawing will be combined and eligible for subsequent drawings.
Contest Sponsor and/or its designated agency will conduct the drawing at its offices.
7. Notification and Redemption: If you have been drawn as the selected Grand Prize winner, the Contest
Sponsor and /or its designated agency will notify you via email or phone. Prior to awarding of any prize,
winner must sign and return, within fourteen (14) days, the Contest's Statement of Compliance, Release
and Indemnity form (“Release Form”) confirming his/her identity, compliance with these Official Rules
and releasing the Contest Sponsor, and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers,
employees, agents and advertising and promotional agencies from and against any and all liability
arising from the acceptance and use of any prize. Release Form also includes a mathematical skill
testing question that must be correctly answered, unaided. If the selected entrant fails to complete all
requirements set-out herein the selected entrant will be deemed ineligible and will forfeit the prize. In
such event, a new winner will be selected.
8. Publicity: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Contest Sponsor to use the winner's name,
likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide in any media without
limitation and without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. The names of the Prize Winners
may be published on www.ledahealth.com.
9. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the
Contest Period.
10. Restrictions: The following are prohibited and will result in automatic disqualification from the
Contest: (1) using any method that artificially increases odds of winning; (2) non-compliance with these
Official Rules; and (3) any other act which the Contest Sponsor determines in its sole discretion,
jeopardizes the integrity or proper conduct of the Contest.
11. FOR RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcohols, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
